How long would it take for the delivery?
Delivery time: about 3-14 working days. Delivery hours: Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. Rural areas are excluded. Delivery is not available on public holidays.
Delivery range: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
Delivery service is not applicable to outlying islands and remote areas, including Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay.
All delivery dates and times are estimated, and this website is not responsible for any delays caused by reasons beyond its control.
When typhoon No. 8 or black rainstorm warning signal is in force, the delivery service will be postponed, and this website will notify you by email or SMS.
Can I cancel my order?
Customers will not be able to cancel the order after successfully placing the order.
Can I change the order?
Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the ordered product.
Can I change the shipping address/method after confirming the order?
If you find that your personal information, shipping method, address, is incorrect after confirming your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
What can I do if I find that the goods are not in conformity or damaged when I receive the goods?
If you find that the goods are not in conformity or damaged when receiving the goods, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
If the product is to be refunded, the relevant purchase record and product photo proof would have to send to support@beaulevard.com. After verifying your product, a return confirmation will be sent to your email address. The product would have to send to our company with the original packaging.
We will refund the actual payment you paid for the product through the payment method you used when we receive and verify the returned product.
The refund will depend on the specific operations of different banks. Please note that we will not be able to issue a refund if you have not followed the correct return process, or if your product is not eligible for return.
